Are you looking for a nice and spooky read for this period of the year?

With a dash of smut, because with smut, you can never go on, this novella is absolutely one of my favorites of October!

As a student of ancient literatures, I dread revisitations of myths, but this one, let me tell, is an highly suggested retelling of the "Hades and Persephone myth", most importantly, and I don't think that I'll ever be able to stretch the importance of this, this is so so ORIGINAL!

Starting with recreating new identities of the characters and so freeing them from the constricting roles of the myth and permitting to them to deepen the myth and add a bit of symbolism and newness to this used myth.

Also the entire story brings us to want more and search more about the contest in wich the two characters are brought up, two characters who, I am not going to lie or exhaggerate, but have literally so so much chemistry, and the fact that they have this antagonistic relationship between each other only make my inner "enemies-to-lovers" shipper go crazy.

I also do believe that the smut is very interesting, very well written, although it doubles with dub-con (so please be aware of that lovelies), it is very beautiful in the way it is described and again because this helps us know more about the characters... I couldn't help but believe that it was more than simple gratuitous smut.

So, if you are absolutely looking or a reading that will warm you up during our cold autumn-y days... look no further and be ready to "surrender" to this beauty.
